Achimia Art offers complimentary art advisory services. Your assigned art advisor will curate a selection of artworks tailored to your space, assisting you in finding the ideal pieces for your project, whether you seek one new piece or a hundred. Additionally, your advisor will manage framing, delivery, and installation coordination as required.

shipping

Achimia ships artworks internationally, ensuring that art lovers worldwide can enjoy our collection.


We ship our artworks using DHL, and the shipping cost will be automatically calculated at checkout. This cost includes mandatory insurance for the shipment.
Due to varying regulations for the import of artworks, packaging requirements can differ by state. Some locations may require custom wooden packaging, which is tailored specifically for each shipment. As DHL calculates shipping costs based on the final package weight and dimensions, there may be variations in shipping charges.

Once we receive the invoice from the transportation company, we will review and adjust the shipping costs accordingly. If you have paid more than the final calculated shipping cost, we will refund the excess amount to you. Conversely, if the actual shipping cost exceeds the amount initially paid, you will be required to cover the additional cost.

We will notify you via email regarding any adjustments to the shipping cost as soon as we have the final details from the transportation company.

 

If the artist is based in your city, please select “Personal Pick-up” at checkout. We will then reach out via email to provide pick-up details and arrange a convenient time for both parties.

The arrival time of your artwork depends on various factors including your location, shipping method chosen, and the processing time for the artwork. Once your order is placed, you will receive an estimated delivery timeframe. Additionally, you will be provided with a tracking number once your artwork has been shipped, allowing you to monitor its journey to your doorstep.

To arrange for your artwork to be delivered within a specific timeframe, please specify your preferred schedule in the Special Requests field of your cart, and we will make every effort to accommodate your request.
Once orders are processed and prepared for shipment, your artwork can be kept for up to 21 days. If you require your artwork to be held for longer than 21 days, please contact us.



delivery and installations

Delivery times vary based on the destination and shipping method chosen. You will receive a tracking number once your artwork has been shipped.

We offer installation services depending on your location. We can handle installation in the city where the artist is based. In other countries, we can provide advice on how to install and recommend local companies that can assist with the installation. If you need help with art installation, please reach out to orders@achimiaart.com for assistance.

returns

If you wish to return an item, please email us at orders@achimiaart.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

You have the right to withdraw from the contract, return a product within 14 calendar days without providing a reason. The 14-day period starts from the day you receive the last item in your order or the last piece of a product consisting of multiple lots.
If you decide to return an artwork, it must be in its original condition; we cannot accept returns of items that arrive damaged in transit back to us. Consequently, if a returned artwork is found to be damaged, we will be unable to issue a refund. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that artworks are securely packaged when returned. Upon receipt of a returned item, we will conduct a careful inspection, and if the artwork is damaged, we will notify you and retain the item, as no refund will be provided. 

If you have any questions about returns or believe you have received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team at orders@achimiaart.com before proceeding with the return. Alternatively, at the Buyer’s request, we will reship the Good, with the delivery costs being the Buyer’s responsibility.

If your artwork has not arrived or if the wrong order was delivered, please contact us at orders@achimiaart.com. We will assist you in resolving the issue and ensuring that you receive the correct artwork in a timely manner. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we will work diligently to address any concerns or discrepancies with your order.
If the artwork is damaged during transit, please email photos of the damaged packaging and artwork to orders@achimiaart.com within 5 days of receiving it. Keep the original packaging for return shipping. Requests submitted after 5 days or without the necessary photos may not be eligible for a refund.
